What's in a Name? {Sea-Tac Baby Photography}

With a name like Roman and a Samoan heritage, this little guy is bound to be strong, spirited and full of spunk!!  He was a DELIGHT to photograph!!  I usually take pictures of newborns (under 10 days) and then at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 month intervals, but by the time we did Roman's pictures, he was almost a month old!!  I wasn't sure how it would go....but I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased!!

This little guy slept on cue, opened his eyes on cue and was so sweet and cuddly, I could have just gobbled him up!!  I already let his mom know that as I was editing the pictures, I just kept "ohh-ing" and "aww-ing" and had a hard time picking my favorites!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE baby skin next to tattoos!!

Love those kisses!!  This is a loved little guy!!

Dad is a rugby player.  Do you think Roman will follow in his Dad's footsteps???

The family dog was not sure what to do with all this.  He came to see what all the fuss was about!!  Whoa...I think that was a little close for Roman to focus!!

OK...so every once in a while a sort of perfect string of events happens and the picture just reveals itself.  I looked outside and saw this FABULOUS chair (remember that I want it if you are ready to get rid of it, Mom!)...then this little boy just sweetly fell asleep....and the light coming through the window was just soft and diffused...and...VOILA!!  Does it get any cuter than this???

Oh....I love this too!!  Grandma loves, loves, loves this boy!!

Had to get a little Samoan heritage in a picture...

So this blanket arrived as a gift from his aunt while I was there....so, we just had to get a picture with it!!

Oh my goodness!!  T Family, it was a privilege to get to photograph your little guy!!  May he grow into the strength of his name and the richness of his culture!!  May you two find much delight in this bundle of joy!!
