Marry Me: Casey and Dusty {Zillah Wedding Photography}

I headed out to Zillah, Washington last weekend for a wonderful celebration.  This great couple, Casey and Dusty, were getting married at Silver Lake Winery...and I was honored to be there!!

Casey's dress was AMAZING!!!  (Loved the one strap on the shoulder!!)  And her bridal party was so fun!  Two notes of interest:  First, Casey (the bride) had a bridesmaid named Dusty and Dusty (the groom) had a groomsman named Casey..whew, I got a little confused!  Secondly, one of Casey's (obviously brilliant) bridesmaid's bought sippy cups for the girls to drink their wine out of.  Perhaps not the most elegant, but certainly SO smart to keep all dresses clean!!

Dusty waiting for his bride!  (It is the first time I've done a "first look" in a vineyard)

The beautiful bride...

...the wonderful couple....
(who endured a little heat and sunshine to get these beautiful pictures!!)

I can only keep a couple in the hot weather for so long.  We headed down to the barrel room at the winery where it was 50 degrees....we let out a giant sigh of relief and snapped a few great pictures.

I love fun bridal parties!!

While we were waiting for the girls to be ready, I hung out with the guys a little.  Dusty showed off a few of his dance moves and then all the guys gave me a little GQ.

I always love to see the details a bride chooses for her wedding day.  I really liked the yellow accents, the Seahawks garter, and the customized M & M's.

The ceremony was officiated by a friend of the couple's, which made it all the more special...

We had a little time after the ceremony to take a couple of pictures.  This reminds me of the quote by Albert Camus:

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow.  Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.  Just walk beside me and be my friend."
(I wish you many years of wedded friendship, Casey and Dusty.)

First dances with her groom...

...and with her dad....

....then on to partying through the night!!

Casey and Dusty, I wish you all the best in your life together!  Thanks for inviting me to your wedding!!
