Photographing Love {Denver Family Photographer}

These two joined me as I taught a small posing class. They used it as an opportunity to find a babysitter, have dinner together, and then photograph proof of their love for each other!

So fun to be with you, R Family!! You two are amazing together!!

Class of 2018: Allison {Highlands Ranch Senior Portrait Photographer}

Some of my favorite times as a photographer are when I get to hang out with high school seniors and show them just how beautiful and amazing they are! My time with Allison was no exception! She is amazing!!
 As this sweet girl stands on the edge of her senior year (and AP Lit), I thought it might be appropriate to put a little famous literature to work with the images of her story!

"She wasn't doing a thing that I could see, except standing there leaning on the balcony railing, holding the universe together."
{JD Salinger, A Girl I Knew}

"'Dear God,' she prayed, 'let me be something every minute of every hour of my life.'"
{Betty Smith, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn}

"I can't go back to yesterday, because I was a different person then."
{Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland}

"She was becoming herself and daily casting aside that fictitious self which we assume like a garment with which to appear before the world."
{Kate Chopin, The Awakening}

I look at you and a sense of wonder takes me.
{Homer, The Odyssey}

"Life appears to me too short to be spent in nursing animosity or registering wrongs."
{Charlotte Bronte, Jane Eyre}

And for your senior year...
"Let the wild rumpus start!"
{Maurice Sendak, Where the Wild Things Are}

I wish you the BEST year ever, Allison!!
